Although he has been here only since a short while, Anirban has become an integral part of the team. He has spent his time in learning operations, logistics, people management skills and cultivating a great work culture. He has managed to carve a niche for himself in the logistics department with his valuable suggestions and his desire to learn which has made him a prominent part of the community here at Shop101.
According to him “eCommerce is an exciting field which has changed the way the world functions in today’s time. Social commerce is a great new space with tremendous potential which can be taken further. The company has provided me with an opportunity to be a part of its journey to create something extraordinary for Bharat. Onward to greater things!”
What has helped him most was the support of the company, brainstorming sessions and interactions with his colleagues. He now manages a team of 25+ people and continues to grow and learn from them each day.
Even in the current scenario, he has helped bring his team together to get the most out of them with the resources available. One of his favorite parts about working from home is the amazing home food he gets to enjoy every day along with spending quality time with his parents but he most definitely misses discussions over a hot cup of tea or a nice chilled beer with his friends and colleagues.
