A very positive and happy person, Ashita has learnt all about the HR industry at Shop101. According to her, When she started out as a fresher, she had her doubts about the amount she will be able to absorb and learn but the exposure she has received in Shop101 has put her mind at ease.

It has been an adventurous journey for her so far and she finds that the work environment around her is always buzzing with new tasks and projects. There is always something new to learn from problems that she is faced with and she thoroughly enjoys being part of the start-up culture.

One of the things that drew her to Shop101 was the fact that it was an eCommerce company and since the future of the business world lies within the eCommerce sector, she is very excited to learn and grow with it.
