Radhika Taori — Web Design Intern at Shop101 & Dash101
If there is one word that summarizes Radhika then that word would be BRILLIANT.
She worked with Shop101 as a web design intern and helped to create blog website layout/user interface with the help of standard HTML/CSS practices. The friendliest soul, Radhika has the sweetest, politest nature and worked in perfect synchronization with the other team members. The 6 months that she spent in Shop101, helped her learn more about designing and pitching improvements on new and existing features of WordPress. Being an engineering student, she wanted to focus more on a technical internship and Shop101 gave her the opportunity to work on a live project. The most important thing according to her was that “There is no idea that is inferior. Every idea has its own value.”
Her favorite thing about Shop101 was the work flexibility and the fact that the team worked well and without any communication lags.
She has enjoyed spending time at home during the last year but feels the work and home life balance becomes a juggling act of walking on a fine line.
