The Art of Working Remotely
A year that brought about so much uncertainty to almost all the sectors, somehow managed to bring in some positive news for the startup ecosystem. Startups can now hope for some stability and growth in the next few years and speaking to YourStory about this, the Founder & CEO of Shop101, Abhinav Jain, has this to say “A lot of great businesses will emerge from the cohort of startups in the next few years in line with a clear shift in consumer preference towards digital”.
With respect to future plans when it comes to startups, the one thing that won’t change quickly is the culture of working remotely. He further adds, “Teams and managers would need to ensure that the energy and morale stay high as remote work will continue well into 2021”.
At Shop101, not just the team but also the reseller community is working remotely and they all work together to change the way one thinks of an entrepreneur. All this, by working together from different parts of the country, through the pandemic and the challenges that it brought along.
