Transparency used to be our main concern on the way to the Token Sale (DAICO).
Today S.E.C. has accepted our Form D that we filed in order to conduct sale under Regulation D and Regulation S under the U.S. Securities Act of 1933. The filing includes our Filer ID number, registration information, contact and other notable information.
