Recently, a lot of people have been asking me about the best channels to either find talent or jobs in Thailand during Covid-19. I like to give you my take of all the best platforms to find either jobs or talent, based on my experiences using them at my companies. (Full disclosure: I don’t have any skin in the game for any of these platforms and I’m not paid to post this. All comments are personal opinions.)

New Platforms that are strong on Tech, Marketing and Business Talents

These are new age tech platforms to recruit talent looking for startup, tech and innovative jobs.

Many of the founders in the ecosystem that I respect swear by this new platform that allows you to screen your candidates with online tests from a growing library of topics written by specialists. Try it out and tell me what you think! https://kand.io/

https://tribehired.com/talent

Another OG platform in the Thai and Southeast Asian startup ecosystem. Full disclosure: TribeHired acquired HUBBA Hired team in 2016!

Full disclosure: This is another HUBBA Alumni that started their journey in our space! Really proud to have supported them since the connection between the cofounders, all the way to hosting the first Thai Startup Job Fair!

www.linkedin.com is picking up in popularity especially with white collar and high tech executives. It may not be the go to place yet for people looking for predominantly Thai speaking talent but that is changing fast.

Traditional Platform for General Roles

These platforms are the traditional job listing sites that usually where you can find Thai and sometimes decent English speaking staff in general administrative, operational and accounting roles. Personally these platforms are good for a spray and pray approach if you are looking for non-specialized talent but do be prepared to filter through a lot of candidates, no shows and hits-and-misses.
