Surah Fatihah as a Treatment

The hadith on the first chapter of the Quran (Surah Al Fatihah — the Opening) describes how it was used to treat a scorpion sting.

Significance of the Second and Third Chapters

The second and third chapters of the Quran (Surah Al Baqarah — the Cow and Surah Al Imran — the Family of Imran) are regarded as the “bright ones” and reciting them regularly is encouraged.
