Publishing industry was also interrupted and many book launches were postponed to the future(!). Some novels, like Hilary Mantel’s The Mirror and the Light, published out just before supply chains got disturbed. A stream of other big books were pushed to the fall (Elena Ferrante’s Lying Life of Adults, Otessa Moshfegh’s Death in Her Hands, David Mitchell’s Utopia Avenue).
