No, it is not:
- Due to the lower base of past years, growth numbers seem higher.
- CSO did not account the deflators such as demonetization and GST.
Why it is not recovering.

- Government investments depend upon a growing economy, which isn’t.
- Private investments are negligible. Private sector services declined such as construction.
- Low exports and high value of rupee.
