All business books are not helpful to learn to build and grow the small businesses. The Innovators Dilemma would make more sense for CEO of Apple than it would for a small business owner. Reading just for 1hr a day will give superpowers to the entrepreneurs.

Anurag and Richard bootstrapped ‘Most Recommended Books’ (MRB). Anurag is a venture capital investor in Bengaluru. Richard is a full stack engineer. He had earlier worked in Los Angeles’ film industry. Both share lists of books on various topics. Anurag recommended a list of 12 books. It includes ‘Thinking in bets’, ‘The Hard Things About Hard Things’ and ‘The Check List Manifesto’. Richard put together three lists. The first is a list of 95 books, from the tweets Paul Graham. Second is a list of 144 books, from the tweets of Naval Ravikant. Third is a list of 30 books, from the tweets of Elon Musk.

I wrote to Anurag asking for a list of business books for the readers of The Shack Recap. He was gracious to share one with me. The list is ‘Best Small Business Books’. My absolute favourite from the 9 books list are:
