Bhaat.in’s founder Ranjana Srivastava trained as a chemical engineer and a management consultant. She worked with the top insurance brands of the country. In 2018 she opened Bhaat.in to sell khichadi from different regions of India. It’s a cloud kitchen brand.

Some of the khichadis are Bihari chokha khichadi, Bengali khichri, UP ki teheri and Gujarati fada ni khichadi. Customers on Zomato and Swiggy give it a high rating. Khichadis start from INR 110 and go up to INR 165.

Bhaat.in started from the home kitchen. After learning recipes and mastering them she opened a commercial kitchen in December 2018. The revenue crossed INR 2 lac/month by July 2019. Bhaat.in is also a ‘Platinum Partner’ for Swiggy with an average preparation time of 6 minutes. She plans to open more kitchens in Delhi.
