Even before the pandemic, digital marketing was facing the headwinds. Brands were blaming the lack of transparency and strategy for the non-performance. Businesses should focus on things, which do not change such as convenience and value for money.

Obsessing about customers is the only way out of the crisis. Customers may either keep using the existing products or they may want newer products. The post pandemic world will be same as the pre pandemic world.
