I’m one of those people who should not eat burgers or the likes in public. I have even watched YouTube videos on how to do it without needing to change at least one piece of clothing after the event.

This recipe, pilled into a bread bap/bun, is one of the above mentioned dishes. However, it is worth the extra laundry!

Ingredients

3 cans of young jackfruit. Remove the seeds and break up the pieces.

1 Tablespoon of rapeseed oil

1 Small white onion, minced

150 grams of finely grated carrots

150 grams of BBQ sauce

100 grams of vegetable stock

Seasoning

2 Tablespoons of Dark muscovado sugar

1 teaspoon of smoked paprika

1 teaspoon of garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon of sea salt

1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
