Altcoin News: Bitmain Announced Two New Miners From the Antminer 17 Line

Bitmain co-founder Jihan Wu at the World Digital Mining Summit this Wednesday announced the launch of two new miner models from Antminer 17: S17 + and T17 +.
“Both new miners will come with improvements to power efficiency and hashrate,” writes Bitmain on their blog. “ The Antminer S17+ has a hash rate of 73 TH/s and operates with a power efficiency of 40 J/TH + 10%, while the T17+ offers a hash rate of 64 TH/s and a power efficiency of 50 J/TH + 10%”.
“Our new Antminers are at the forefront of mining innovation,” said Mr. Wu at the WDMS.
Sales of new Antminer will start on October 11th. The declared delivery time for devices from the first batch is December 1–10.
In late September, Bitmain announced plans to create a platform that will connect the owners of mining equipment with those who have areas for its placement.
In July, Wu launched his own over-the-counter cryptocurrency trading platform Matrixport.
