CoinMarketCap Website Review
CoinMarketCap is a cryptocurrency/NFT focused website packed full of features, and if you’re someone who finds interest in this space, you definitely will want to check this website out. In this article, I’m going to go over a few interesting features and include a general review… let’s get started!
Site Layout
In my opinion, one of the best user-friendly websites out there in this space. It is designed beautifully and makes it extremely easy to navigate throughout the entirety of the site.
If you are looking for general day-by-day information between cryptos, this home page will have everything you need. Included information ranges from price, to percent gain, to volume, as well as a nice weekly graph!
You have many different options as well to sort by different genres and see brand new cryptos as well as those that are trending.
NFTs
Depending on what you’re looking for, their NFT page is filled with decent information on what currently is popular. They also have many articles about how to get started, which would be great for beginners as well. Overall, very simplistic, if you’re just looking for the current market.
An alternative is: Icy Tools. Not going to go in-depth with this site, but if you’re looking for in-depth NFT price and tracking, this site may be of use to you.
Rewards
CoinMarketCap has a very interesting rewards program, where you can get “diamonds” by completing different tasks. After you acquire x amount of diamonds, you can trade them in for a reward. These rewards are generally NFT related, but still very cool to see this feature.

Airdrops
Probably one of my favorite features from this site, they have a page dedicated to Airdrops! Essentially, what airdrops are is basically where a new crypto company rewards you with their coin in exchange for your support (generally via social media).
You fill out a form, provide them with proof of completion of a task, and later receive their coin! Definitely, something that many crypto enthusiasts will want to look into, just think this is a really interesting feature not found really elsewhere.
News
Another feature that I really enjoy is their news feeds. They provide very quick and up-to-date news all about crypto throughout the day.
I especially use this with the mobile app, I hope that in the future, they can add an additional feature that allows notification via your mobile device.
Overall, great information is presented here and I would highly suggest taking advantage of it.
