When searching for a specific answer, use quotation marks (“,”) to filter the results with the articles containing the same exact phrase that we searched. Example: “My Tears Ricochet”.
2. The slow internet connection might be a hindrance every time we use Google, but this trick can surely help us; use the word OR between the two phrases or words so we can search for multiple words at the same time. Example: Taylor Swift OR Billie Eilish.
3. For the best result, we can also use a hyphen (-) and the word that we want to exclude after the word that we are searching. Example: Ice cream -rocky road. Google will immediately show you the articles with the word ice cream in it but without the word rocky road.
4. Try also using a colon (:) when searching for something from a specific website. Example: Cardigan:taylorswift.com.
5. When we search with uncertainty, we can use the asterisk (*) to let Google know that you didn’t know one of the words that you’re searching Example: Miss Americana and the * Prince.
