Company NOVA starts its active work in EU
IT-company NOVA, developing an expert system NOVA Realty, the most ambitious service for the global real estate market, starts its active promotion in the European Union.
Company NOVA, specializing in development of expert systems, was founded in 2017, and during a short period it was capable to create a product which became the most ambitious in the PropTech segment (in English — Property Technologies). PropTech is a new direction emerged on the interfaces between two industries: a real estate market and an IT-market.
At present, the real estate market and IT-market are rapidly growing and actively developing both in Russia and worldwide. As reported by PwC, volume of venture investments into PropTech in 2012–2017 worldwide exceeded $11 billion, whereas in 2018 volume of investments into this industry had already exceeded $6 billion. Additionally, experts say that in the medium term enhancement of a trend to increase a number of services should be expected.
The expert system NOVA Realty will allow real estate market participants to complete a whole cycle of the transaction in the framework of one service, to obtain qualitative analytics, a possibility to negotiate with all parties of the deal, formalize directly on the platform agreements and smart-contracts, as well as to close all required financial operations. «NOVA Realty Platform will combine all instruments for building a single information system and secure execution of the deal by all professional real”, says Denis Radzimovsky, CEO NOVA. “NOVA Realty service combines a number of innovation technologies, which have been already evaluated by many experts. The platform infrastructure operations are provided by cloud technologies, data collection and analysis is based on artificial intellect and big data technologies. Its capability to efficiently work with real estate objects is provided by GIS and augmented reality technologies, while non-infringement of all agreements in deals is guaranteed by а distributed ledger technology “.
At present a planned assembly of individual functional blocks for NOVA Realty product is underway. In compliance with a production schedule, in the fourth quarter of this year, development of interactive prototype of the platform will be completed.
In the framework of the project development, in the beginning of this year company NOVA opened a European office in Tallinn. «Estonia has not been chosen incidentally. We planned opening of a headquarters in one of EU countries. It is connected with a necessity of on-going contact with European partners and colleagues, as well as patenting and intellectual property protection issues”, — tells about the central office opening Denis Radzimovsky. “At the same time, an important factor was relative closeness to an operational office of the company, located in Saint-Petersburg. As of today, Estonia, as it is known, is one of the world leaders in IT-field, as well as an industrial and logistics center with a developed sector of business-services. Taking into account the above-mentioned fact, in the country have been created unique conditions for synthesis of new knowledge and digital business, which became a decisive factor for us.”
After opening of the European office, company NOVA carried out an active work to mobilize professional agents and major global consulting agencies to represent the company’s interests, as well as to prepare all necessary documentation in order to find additional financing for the project. Specifically, an additional audit of the company and its key product — NOVA Realty platform — had been completed; consequently, its forecast cost equaled Euro 100 mln.
