All cuisines across the world are intended to be experienced with all our 5 senses of sight, sound, touch, smell and taste and Lore Bangalore strives to take us back to that primal essence of food, through ‘Omnisense’

Lore Bangalore is a team of esteemed and accomplished professionals; Chef Johnson Ebenezer, Chef Mythrayie Iyer, Chef Avinnash Vishaal and Kaushik Raju. Together, the ‘Fab Four’ are touring the length and breadth of the country and bringing to different corners a unique concept of story telling through food. To Hyderabad, they brought ‘Omnisense’ and believe me, the food and its essence still lingers on in our minds even now, days after its conclusion.

‘Omnisense’ is experiencing food with all our senses. A beautiful story is woven through all the seven courses of this dining experience.The flavour of each dish was accentuated with relevant background sounds, textures or an associated smell. Each dish was carefully crafted by the chefs to heighten our senses, in turn, making the experience a rich and memorable one.

The common thread between The Culinary Lounge and Lore Bangalore is the shared passion for providing a fine, unique and luxury dining experience to our clients. While Lore curated and prepared the exotic and delectable experiential dining menu, The Culinary set the ambience and tone for the evenings. Our pristine, calm and composed setting of the lounge amongst the lush greenery of Jubilee Hills was the ideal locale for this unique dining experience.

With the guests sat at dinner, the chefs took over the stage and put together a sensory extravaganza for all present. The first course itself was a treat for all the senses put together. M&M was made with Marigold petals and Malgova mangoes and it looked all the bit beautiful and appetising. ‘Dried Leaf Crunch’ was a combination of almond coated hibiscus leaves which was served with the sound of the crunching of autumn leaves. ‘The Aroma of Roses’ was a sensorial delight of smell served with rose, Lore butter and bun and ‘The textures of Umami’; a chilled broth and warm froth with buckwheat that left a lingering taste on everyone’s mouth. Each subsequent course involved a melee of delectable dishes that left our guests impressed and greatly excited.
