Best Chatbot Provider For Customer Service — Is it possible?
For the care of my customers, I apply a host of tools to my customer engagement strategies like live chat, unified inbox, chatbots, video chats, voice calls, Analytics, etc. If you were to ask which tool is my favorite out of all — I would say the chatbot.
When it comes to customer service, I do not prefer to leave any stone unturned, and I hope you follow the same ideology. Gone are the days when businesses had a monopoly over the customer.
The tables have turned, the customers are in charge, for good. This is because of serial competition in the market, the customers do not have a multitude of options to choose from, but also the right one, thanks to the free flow of non-ambiguous information over the internet.
So to take care of my customers I apply a host of tools to my customer engagement strategies like live chat, unified inbox, chatbots, video chats, voice calls, Analytics, etc. If you were to ask which tool is my favorite out of all — I would say the chatbot.
AI-enabled chatbots are not only easy to implement and use, but also super effective when it comes to acquiring and even retaining new customers.
You will find a myriad sort of Chatbots in the market, you will never run out of options, but will run out of energy selecting the right one for your business. I want to save you hours and hours of brain-wrecking trouble! After countless hours of research, I realized that an ideal chatbot must have some specific attributes. And, to my surprise Acquire’s chatbot had it all. I will be elaborating on this in some time below.
But Before That Something About Acquire:
Acquire is an all-inclusive SaaS-based tool that helps businesses with their customer engagement and customer service endeavors. The tool itself has a buffet of services apart from Chatbot like Live Chat, Co-browse, Analytics, Knowledge-base, Unified Inbox, Unified Agent View, VoIP Call services, and a couple more — all of which I happen to use and like for my business
Coming back to the topic at hand — the Chatbot. This is not only my favorite tool from the Acquire’s bundle, but it is also the best chatbot that I have used till now. Simply because it is AI-driven, thus very intuitive and yet very easy to use.
I have been using Acquire’s Chatbot for 2 years and I have no complaints till now.
The following are the features that are successfully quelling all my customer support needs:
1. Relieving Load Off My Agents’ Shoulders
Acquire’s Conversational Chatbot is powered with artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms. This allows for smart and quick help for all the customers and visitors.
This AI-enabled chatbot is the best self-help resource for your visitors and customers as this chatbot can answer the FAQs to the people in no time, reducing the resolution time and also increasing conversions.
This smart bot resolves almost 80% of the queries asked by visitors and customers, without needing any intervention from the agents. This saves the agents all the time in the world, and they can focus on more important tasks.
When it comes to catering to those questions and queries of a customer that are critical and need better this Chabot automatically redirects the customer to the expert agent back in the office.
2. No Coding Hassle While Setting Up Workflows
Acquire’s chatbot will work for you just as well regardless of your business type, frequency of customer queries, or type of queries. You can create and customize the workflow of your chatbots the way you want.
More importantly, you or your sales agents do not need any prior knowledge of coding to do the same.
Acquire stands up to its promise of allowing people to create customized workflows in just a couple of steps. You can easily repurpose your chatbots workflow as and when you need it.
3. Round The Clock Support
To be lucky, you gotta show up often
This is my favorite Sidney Sheldon’s quote. And I like to apply this in all aspects of my personal and professional life.
The goal of my customer support teams is to always be available for all the queries of our visitors and customers. But when it comes to doing business online you will have queries flowing round the clock. The influx of queries is not a problem, but the problem is to have a human customer support team active 24/7, 365 days a year.
This is where the chatbot comes in, it works tirelessly with the utmost patience and provides clear answers to all the visitor and customer queries regardless of the hour.
4. Satiating My Visitors And Customers With Answers
The most important thing when it comes to catering to visitors in the sales funnel is providing them with adequate trust. They should have trust in the promises that we as a brand are making.
But what I have seen is that people trust chatbots more than other people. The reason is non-ambiguity. You need to have all the information regarding your service or product in written-form ready and to be delivered to the people. This will instill trust because of the fact that they’re not getting any different information than the rest.
I have integrated my Chatbot with Acquire’s Knowledge Base software that allows people to go through all the helpful resources.
Additionally, agents can create, edit, and share new articles on the go while interacting with people.
5. Keeping Track Of KPIs
I don’t like to shoot in the dark. Data is the leverage that can give you and your team the required information to know what’s working and what’s not.
And we can then repurpose our customer service strategy for a better effect.
For instance, Acquire’s chatbot allows me to do the following:
- I can see the most asked questions by the visitors and customers of my Chatbot. This helps me create the right self-help articles.
- I can also see the number of issues getting resolved and unresolved.
It also lets me know the prime and slack time of people coming for inquiry.
This information comes in very handy while repurposing my customer engagement strategy.
So this was my experience with Acquire’s chatbot and how it has been helping me with happy customers and better revenue.
