If only they could talk

Our furry four-legged friends are often featured in animation and film. I think as animal lovers we enjoy the fact that we can make them talk and oftentimes they are actually smarter than us! But what would our favourite cartoon dogs look like if they were not animated?

Scooby Doo

Keeping kids entertained for years, Scooby Doo is one of the best known cartoon dogs in the world. With his pals Shaggy, Daphne, Velma and Fred, he can often be found tiptoeing around haunted mansions when all he really wants to be doing is tucking into some Scooby Snacks.

In real life, Great Danes are known for their gentle personality and goofiness, so it makes sense that Scooby would be trying to avoid the drama rather than being in the thick of it. And he would have gotten away from it too if it wasn’t for those pesky kids!
