Week 20: High Fidelity Mockups

This week the team was preparing for our user testing trip to Florida. This meant the tackling 4 big monsters:

1. Developing the Research Protocol
2. High-fidelity mockups for user tests
3. Recruiting participants for testing
4. Creating a co-design activity for the hospital visit

This monday we created a set of high fidelity mockups based on the customer journey flow that we created last week. These were created in parallel to see the breadth of ideas that we can get for each of the screen flows. Here are some of those.

Here are some of the screens we designed for the first user test.

We then discussed the best features from each of the screens and went ahead to create a consolidated set of screens and a final research protocol for Florida.

We have also created a co design activity for hospital and reached out to a number shelters and senior centers in Florida.
