Knot Tied: SparkPoint and Spores Network Partner for the Future of NFTs
The two projects will cooperate on establishing their future in the NFT-DeFi space.
Today, 5th of July 2021, SparkPoint and Spores Network have tied the knot on their partnership agreement that will bring mutual benefits to the two projects in the NFT and DeFi space.
The partnership will bring the SPO token, the native token of Spores Platform, to the SparkPoint Wallet app, adding to the growing list of supported tokens of the in-house made wallet app. The token will also be listed on SparkSwap decentralized exchange (DEX), with associated staking options on SparkPoint’s DeFi platform, SparkDeFi, to boost SPO’s liquidity and userbase. This will bring their token to mass adoption through the DeFi services that SparkPoint currently offers. SPO is used to incentivize NFT creators, buyers, agents, and liquidity providers across Spore’s ecosystem.
▶ Spore’s Tokenomics
On another note, through the partnership, SparkPoint’s Crypto Slicer NFTs on Open Sea will also be made available on Spore’s NFT Marketplace in the future. Spore’s interoperable NFT-DeFi platform features wrapping of NFTs across major blockchains like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, and Cardano, erasing the fragmentation across these blockchains. So, you can expect that SparkPoint’s NFTs will also be wrapped through this feature and will be available to other blockchains. Future NFTs from SparkPoint can also be minted and marketed directly on Spore’s NFT Marketplace. The possibility for SparkPoint to list NFTs for Lending and Staking services through the marketplace is also imminent, which will be featured in SparkPoint’s upcoming Peer-To-Peer (P2P) Lending and Borrowing services — launching on SparkDeFi Web app on the last quarter of 2021.
