Monster Milkshake @ XS Espresso
Hey guys! We are the gluttonies, this time we are going to take you guys to XS Espresso!
Monster milkshake, it seems like the latest trend since late last year of 2016. I have been tempted to try this out for MONTHS! Even back when i was in Singapore, the trend hit the market HARD.
So when i make a grand move to Sydney as a permanent choice, i had been on a search for monster milkshake! A series of craze being showcase in Instagram, Facebook feeds, Buzzfeed stories, etc. It doesn’t stop.
When i was near at Macquarie Park today having a slurp @ Ippudo, i was tempted to try out milkshake @ The Vogue Cafe, Macquarie Park. Sadly when i make a move to the shop, they have closed.
So i start consulting the great sinseh of Google, turn out XS Espresso won number 1 out beat other 17 monster milkshake shop. As a foodie, i am on a mission to try this out today! Which i did, and hereby i am showing you 2 monster milkshake!
These milkshake come in HIGH calories, HIGH sugar, and HIGH satisfaction. The moment when i am done with the milkshake, i am done with sugar as well. I glad i took a sip, bite out of the milkshake as whole; but at the same time i am quitting sugar for a week to neutralise the sugar intake i have taken in.
First, you are astonished by the appearance. You will be star struck, how am i going to eat this. Second, the truth hits. It is on your table you have to finish it like a man! Third, where to start the bite. Fourth, savage whole and ignore the mess. Fifth, sip the sweetness and bite the rim of the cup; trust me you will. Sixth, regret the sugar intake level. Seventh, go home feeling satisfied. Seven stages of emotions i went through all of them, i still standby the motto: No Ragrets!
If you want an Instagram worthy picture and a great hangout place, check this place out! The cool interior with walls of old pictures and the bulbs and do not forget the amazing food they served. It will make you come back for more! The one we went to was at Northmead, XS Espresso. A bit far from the city but it does open till 10pm.
Grab a pal, grab pals, grab families, grab everyone and try the monster milkshake! They do serve meals as well, burgers, fries and dessert. When we were trying monster milkshake, i noticed fig slice showcasing in the fridge shelf. I ordered one as well, it didn’t end well. For fig’s dessert, i still prefer Chef’s Palette Fig Tart. One of the nicest Fig dessert i had so far.
