Eating healthy

I feel like if you make better choices in eating that it will effect your personality or mood toward the day. There are three reasons why I feel like it would benefit you more if you where to eat better or healthier. My first reason is that if you eat better it will help you with energy instead of being tired after eating a lot of junk food it might help you physically when it comes to doing physical things. I looked up studies on how the way people eat will change their attitude on things even being nicer to people. Also for my last reason I think that eating healthier can help you is. That if you eat better it will help you physically and help you do better in activities.

First off you should eat better because if you eat junk food you are most likely gonna lose energy. I asked people around my school if they ever tried eating to make you feel better and they said no but the people I asked that eat healthy they said there really never in a bad move or never just wanting to be lazy i can tell there’s a lot more energy and enthusiasm in them.This is important because it’s showing that the people that eat right had more energy and good behaviors toward other people. This implies that you should eat better or at least try it and see if it will benefit you. I tried to eat healthy for a lil but I couldn’t do it, but i will say it did help me physically and it made want to always eat healthy but I hate healthy food. It is also a fact that having a healthy diet reduces the chances of you getting cancer and prevent the cells from developing. This implies that when you eat healthy you will actually live longer or reduce your chances of being a cancer patient. This shows that more people should eat healthier for a longer life span.

My second reason for wanting to eat healthier is that a study I looked up online stated that people who eat right have better attitude toward the people even at work. I thought this was important because I personally feel like being nicer to people will benefit you in the long run you never know what that person will be to you one day might be your boss one day so if eating better will help you then I think eating right could be really beneficial. This implies that you should do all you can to show respect as it has been shown to you. Also eating healthy “may reduce the risk of heart disease, obesity, and type 2 diabetes”. That is really important because all of those conditions are something no one wants to have so if you can reduce the chances I think eating healthy is so worth it. This implies that eating healthy is actually very important for the body and everyday functions.

My last reasons for why eating healthy is important is because when you eat healthy it will make you perform better in physical activity and just everyday physical movement. This is important because it telling you on how easy it could be to do things actively while eating right. This implies that eating healthy will help you with everyday activities. Also I feel like if you eat better in my personal opinion helps with mental stress. What I mean by that is that it will help you deal with stress a lot easier then it would be eating poorly. This is significant because its alot better to deal with stress when your mind is right then when you’re upset and don’t know how to deal with stress. This implies that you should eat healthy for a lot of reasons.

In conclusion to if eating healthier is a lot more beneficial than not eating healthy and I think my article proves that eating healthier is better. For these reasons when you eat healthy it will make you perform better in physical activity and just everyday physical movement.
