Currently in the modern days of society we have technology growing and evolving every minute or even faster. Some people hate to think about this and are rather terrified of change or just scared they would be overwhelmed by it. But technology is really great to have advancing and there is no reason to stress over it or reject it, So as long as we keep society informed about these newer things rather it be devices like phones or components like graphics cards is all sweet and simple in its own way to at least know what it just does. I plan to create Informational articles for people to read about current and upcoming tech so they can be up to date and not just get it thrown on them all at once.

This year we have made new series of phones and graphics cards which people should know about, For example Nvidia’s new GeForce GTX 10 series graphics cards people should know about because they are going to become a standard for anyone working with video processing or gaming on any pc. These new cards are much stronger than any other and can benefit other people’s jobs so much to the point of even making them easier. We could also use these in high schools or colleges so that students may do multi media or 3D graphics design easily without stress and just get into it with no issues through hardware.

Next we have our cell phones. Almost everyone today carries a cellphone with them when is should be everyone but there are still people out there who just reject new tech and don’t want anything to do with it. That’s why we have Iphones today they are so simple anyone can learn how to use them and they are meant for everyone we just need to get people introduced to them hands on that way they can have all the uses of this provided to them and be ready for future devices at anytime they should be excited for new things to come out so they can keep everything sweet and simplistic.

My idea is everyone reads up on new things and don’t get stressed from it being just thrown on them. This new tech is the future, everything is going to be running off our tech even more than it is already. All we need to do is be ready for it. I care about this because my life and hobby revolves around technology just being something I have fun with and I want others to be able to enjoy it as much as I do.

August 28th marks a day in new york city where the governor announced that he’s going to attempt to get free ebooks throughout the entire subway system so riding the subway continues to to get more features and become viable for transportation to everyone with their provided wifi now with books to read during the ride. I see this as a beautiful and innovative plan for anyone who may be on the ride longer than 5 minutes, if you’re a regular on the subway everyday you ride it and read you’ll be able to finish many books free of charge, great way for entertainment.

Playstation now streaming services are now coming to windows pc, According to slashdot.org’s writer beauHD early this month sony announced ps3 games will be coming to windows, Today marks that day that we can now use these streaming services so if you have one of those nice pc’s you’re in luck to be capable of playing this expansive library. Its as simple as just downloading the app and you’re all set to go for it. Playstation’s official blog states that 6 new games just got added for you to be excited for in total you can now play over 400 games through playstation now. I believe this will really help out the entirety of playstation network because technically you don’t even have to own a sony device now to play these games pretty exciting right? This will cost you $20 a month or $45 for 3 months subscription.

Recent studies show that not using smartphones can improve productivity by 26% according to Business-Standard’s Shivani Shinde-Nadhe “The study, commissioned by Kaspersky Lab, showed that employees’ performance improved 26 per cent when their smartphones were taken away. The experiment tested the behaviour of 95 persons between 19 and 56 years of age in laboratories at the universities of Würzburg and Nottingham-Trent.” This is pretty drastic and a little scary to think about but really smartphones just have to be in the right hands right, most certainly improving productivity. While insights says otherwise, employees say themselves that the smartphone “improve” their productivity by 34%.

Facebook planned to send a satellite into space for a global internet access experiment and test but the rocket went up into flames during launch. It was planned to bring internet to the middle east, europe and africa. Cause of the explosion is still unknown but it blew up into roaring flames during the fueling portion. The company launching these rocket is known as SpaceX, and they have actually formed a contract with nasa to possibly be sending astronauts into space once again in the near future of 2017 but with these recent incidents it may be getting more difficult.

HP announced a new “Modular” pc that is extremely intriguing it starts off as an impressively small 6 inch rectangle that you can stack onto additional expansions like hard drives or optical drivers and even a whole speaker it seems like it’s going to be a new go to for those in need of conserving space and convenience because of it being fully modular you will only need the one piece unless you want those expansions.

Today a european solar panel at the space agency had a large hole blown through it by a tiny particle, ABC News reports on this saying that the particle weighing in at approximately 1 gram flew into this panel at a speed of about 24,856 mph blowing a 16 inch hole (in diameter) through it, fortunately it only caused a small amount of power loss and everything goes well but it could have been much worse. Its pretty scary to think of how fast things are getting up there in space.

Lenovo has shown us a little bit about its new “yoga book” it is a new extremely thin laptop that doesn’t even have a physical keyboard. It features a full touch screen on the bottom half which you will usually have as your keyboard but it also comes with a pin that can write in real ink and on the touch screen so if you’re an artist you may want this because of its capability to be used to draw on without any additional peripherals.

Apple’s new iphone 7 and 7+ was announced today (9/7/16) Apple’s CEO Tim Cook said “it’s the best iPhone we have ever created” The newer “improved phone contains new features like water resistance, stereo speakers, NO audio jack, and improved cameras. Why the no audio jack? I personally believe it’s because Apple just wants their product being used with another one of their products. So the lightning cable is the only way now making them more money forcing us the consumers to buy more things for their products. They already announced new headphones compatible with the phone called AirPods these are wireless and work with the iPhone 7 but they are priced at a whopping $169 Apple’s SVP Phil Schiller said, “courage.” is the reason for removal of the audio jack which I actually believe because making this is a huge thing that possibly and probably will drop the sales by a significant number.

Scientific research currently shows how scientists are being capable of modifying our DNA even in our unborn children with technology saying that they will be able to remove disease and possibly even choose desirable traits of the kid all of this with something like an implanted chip 70% of people who got to provide their inputs on this said that they were more worried than enthusiastic about the possibility of synthetic-blood and brain-chip implants. They saw these options as “meddling with nature,” even though we’ve been using technology to enhance our lives for thousands of years. Also this could lead to a greater form of inequality in drastic ways. I personally do not want to see this actually happen cause it kinda scares me imagining people almost being made from robotics but we gotta embrace the future right?
