Give It Your Best Shot
What is your plan for today? Do you carve out time for what’s important? Are you enough to take on the challenge? Can you make it happen when most people give up, throw in the towel, or take the next train out of town?
Most people never accomplish what they set out to do because they don’t believe.
They don’t believe in their highest self. They don’t believe in their ability to see it through to the end. There’s a question, falter, or a pause before the end.
I remember as a young snowboarder taking a jump in front of a group of friends. It was supposed to be epic. They were supposed to clap and cheer. They were supposed to yell my name. We would cheer with beers later. Instead. I chickened out, slowed down, and at the end of the ramp, I literally rolled over the jump like a bag of burgers.
How many of you are rolling over your life like a bag of burgers?
That may be an overstatement.
Here’s a question that is not an overstatement: Are you achieving what you should be achieving? Can you do more?
I think you know that you can reach higher, split the difference for more, take a larger order, seek deeper love, serve more, give more, and make something happen.
