They told me to stop with my lies,
and threatened me with shackles.
Well I have ran a million miles,
and I couldn’t feel my ankles
They said I had no proof,
of the paranoia that got me tangled.
I looked in anguish towards the roof,
to show where I was strangled.
The jury howsoever was never convinced,
and gave me to the gallows,
I saw the judge and understood why
all saints had lost their halos.
