The Joy marketing campaign will be spread across different media outlets both online and offline, ensuring that The Joy brand is popular, recognizable and that clients trust it. Here’s a list of what will be done so that The Joy enters the market successfully.

Referral program will provide organic advertising and grow a whole generation of “outsource recruiters”. This will attract customers, practitioners and salons to join The Joy platform.

Contextual advertising will be used to attract users interested in the sphere and increase conversion into application downloads and orders. Major contextual advertising platforms like AdSense, Begun and others will help achieve that.

Targeted ads on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,Twitter, Reddit, etc.) will induce more trust among the broader public, directly contacting the target audience through the social media they use every day. As The Joy’s active on social media, the brand trust will grow significantly.

Collaborations with bloggers will convey information to their audience and this will make people interested in the product. Attracting popular bloggers will help to win the trust of a big audience and increase sales.

Trikes and stickers to put on a car are provided by The Joy to the practitioners. Thus, people who see the logo will be interested to learn more about it. Practitioners will spend time in densely populated areas and the logo on their transport and/or uniform will attract people’s attention and make them research the platform. The practitioner’s branded uniform also causes associations with high quality service not only provided by a practitioner, but by the platform too.

Corporate blog and corporate magazine will be published after the successful launch of the app. The magazine will be mailed to all customers, practitioners and owners of the salons. News and platform improvements as well as new trends in different wellness and beauty fields will be published there. The Joy is also going to issue monthly comics about the Nestling and Mr. Joy.

Email marketing. A digest will be sent to The Joy’s customers several times a month. There will be news, posts from the blog and the current offers for clients, salons and practitioners. This digest will be perfect for those who don’t have time to read posts on social media or the corporate blog. It will also be possible to track which parts of the digest were the most interesting for customers and focus on them in the future.

Bounty campaign and the bonus system. Users will get bonuses for promoting The Joy to their friends on social media: they’ll just need to tag The Joy and get a bonus in return. The Joy’s bonus system attracts and keeps users interested, mainly as they receive bonuses and rewards for completing tasks. The Joy will be rewarding users for promoting the platform among their friends and will induce even more trust than general Internet marketing tools.

Raffle games. A monthly draw of a super game for the most active practitioners and customers will encourage them to use The Joy more often to try and hit the jackpot in the game. Every practitioner who has completed a certain amount of orders within a month or customer who has ordered more than a certain number of services gets the opportunity to participate in the game. The winners will tell their friends about their luck and this will lead to conversions as well.

Strong brand positioning. The Joy works with world-class PR professionals to develop and improve the brand that will inspire trust and positivity, making people interested in joining the platform. The Joy will also take part in local and global events (exhibitions, conferences) and conduct its own master classes and training events.

Cooperation with other brands. The Joy will make mutually beneficial agreements with various brands to cooperate within the advertising campaigns. Partner companies will advertise The Joy’s services in different media outlets.
