Every user of The Joy platform will be able to use Joycoins to pay for the services provided. One will have to link a wallet with Joycoins to a personal account on The Joy platform. But why is the platform tokenized in the first place?
The Joy rating system implements blockchain, thus making sure the reviews are genuine. The Joy uses smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain to track every rating given to a practitioner or customer. Moreover, content moderators double check the information, approving or rejecting it. This ensures that fake reviews on the practitioners’ or salons’ work cannot be posted on the platform.
Joycoin is a universal currency and can only be used on The Joy platform. For instance, as the customers can pay for services with Joycoin, practitioners and salons can purchase advertisements on the platform with it as well. Clients will be able to use Joycoins anywhere in the world. The customers won’t have to get the currency of the country they’re at to order the services on the platform there.
Moreover, while paying for the services with tokens the customers will receive additional bonuses and discounts. They will come in handy to save money as well.
Depending on the number of tokens one holds, the customer can get a discount from 5 to 99.99% on a service. The more tokens a user has in the wallet, the more is saved on beauty procedures. You can read more about the discounts in our WP on page 7.
The customers can also receive tokens while participating in the referral program. 10% of The Joy referral fee from every order will be distributed among those who have invited order participants (client(s), practitioner or salon). Referral program will go on for 3 years. If you refer a user you will receive commission for 3 years from all of the orders that he/she made as a customer or from all of the processed orders if he’s a salon owner or a practitioner.
The bonus system on the platform includes bonuses for registration, bonuses for orders, bonuses for inviting friends, raffle games and Birthday bonuses. Thus, there are lots of ways to get additional tokens.
