Today, we’ve met the great people that will be in our lab team for the next six months. After a quick get-to-know-each-other we went on discussing our expectations. What will this LIBoratory project lead to? What will I take home? What changes will there be for the citizens of Sham Shui Po? Ada introduced us with this fun website menti.com that collected our responses to this question.

As you can see change, innovation and having fun are our biggest expectations — quite ambitious I would say! But there is more: realising dreams, public participation, reimagining reading, inclusion and even making new friends. I am very much looking forward to finding out what positive changes we will work on. Tomorrow, we will visit the Po On Road Library for the first time, and then the actual story collection phase can start! I can’t wait.
