About Local Data Action

The SDG Local Data Action Solutions Initiative (LDA-SI) is a crossover project between the USA-Sustainable Cities Initiative (USA-SCI) and TReNDS. LDA-SI documents sub-national SDG data models and methods to provide “blueprints” and that can be applied in other sub- national contexts. As part of this, LDA-SI is building a library of case studies, tools and technical guidance from first-mover cities, metropolitan areas and regions as they adapt the
SDG framework locally. The LDA-SI library features a selection of LDA-SI knowledge briefs that document methodological lessons and innovative data tools.
