“Happiness in intelligent people is the rarest thing I know.”

~ Ernest Hemingway.

Have you ever met a highly intelligent person?

I find it very rare to meet intelligent people these days.

It’s as if being shallow is more “normal” than being wise beyond your years. We are the most intelligent species, yet very shallow humans today.

This makes intelligent people feel alone because no one is on the same level as them. They wish to have someone who sees the world the same way as them.

Some intelligent people disguise themselves as “dumb” because they want to survive in this world without anyone thinking they are “weird” or anything.

The hardest part of being intelligent is not that people see you as “weird” but having no one to talk to because they are not on the same intellectual level as you.

I’m not saying you should be as intelligent as Albert Einstein, but you’re a very intelligent person if you see the world and live your life differently than anyone.

You are a self-thinker, you think for yourself.
