Five Simple Ways to Make Gratitude a Habit and Change Your Life

He didn’t use the word gratitude, but that is what he was writing about.
Every night before I close my eyes, I think of everything about the day I’m grateful for. Even the crappiest days have something to offer up and taking a moment to think about it makes all the difference. In fact, it’s the difference between a good night’s sleep or not for me.
If you’ve never tried making gratitude a daily practice, I challenge you to try it for ten days. While research shows that it takes 30 days to make something a habit, ten days should give you some good momentum and show you the benefits.
