Easter isn’t a day. It is a season. 50 days long. So from now to May 31st it’s time to party, eat special foods, and celebrate.

These are hard times. But we can and will get through this. Not only that, but there are still good things happening. Laughing, singing, encouraging each other, these are the things that will get us through. These are the things that keep us human.

The decisive victory over death has been won. We may battle COVID-19 today, but we are not alone. And we look forward to a day where death itself will die.

The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.
