How I used them to massively grow my business

Network marketing is a profession that is absolutely amazing but it can also be discouraging especially if you don’t know or understand the art of network marketing. The power of network marketing is in the ability to build yourself a system that will enable you to move more products and services through your network. To be able to succeed in network marketing you must master the art of recruiting and converting your prospects into your business.

Some people are lucky to have friends and family members who easily joined them while others seem to have it easy at recruiting but not everybody is that lucky. So I want to share with you NINE great tips that can help you grow your business.

1. Make a decision: Decide that you are in this business, you will master it and that you will not give up. That mindset alone will take you far. Make up your mind not to allow limiting blocks to keep you at one place or limit you. Decide that you’re going to face your fear regardless of what it is. Learn how to prospect and be deliberate about it.

2. Develop an entrepreneurial mindset: An entrepreneur is someone that believes that what she has can impact people. An entrepreneur is ready to approach people with the opportunity, with the product without fear. Don’t be apologetic about it. Be brave and know that you’re sharing a great gift with someone.

3. Learn how to build relationships: When you look at the life of other successful network marketers and seven-figure earners, they make friends as soon as possible. Making friends and building relationships with people is very important in network marketing as it will help to raise your level of awareness. Join communities, join groups. Share activities with people that you can build relationship with. Deliberately expand your network and try to reach out to one new person per day

4: Positive daily habits: For me, I have daily affirmations. Not just once a day but three times a day. I recorded daily affirmation, 1 for mornings 1 for midday and 1 in the night. This is to enable me to create a positive mindset and then help me in building up myself. Focus on progress, not perfection and you will improve if you keep these positive daily habits.

5: Always be prepared: A good network marketer is always prepared. She is always armed with videos, books, articles, DVDs, etc to share with anybody who may be interested in their business. If you can’t carry them along with you, have them in your phone to be quick to share them with your prospects. But always be prepared.

6:Tell good stories: Talk about your stories when you are talking to people. Talk about how the business has changed your life, has improved your life. If you are a mum, talk about how it has given you more time to spend with your children. If you are not a mum but you are working, talk about how the opportunity is giving you more time to do the things you’re passionate about. If you’re just starting in the business and you don’t have stories yet, tell stories about your sponsor, tell stories about your upline, tell stories about the company or about the benefits of the product or about the incentives. People relate to a good story.

7: Listen and ask questions: A good network marketer knows how to listen. Talking can be challenging but I believe listening should be easy. Many network marketers do not know how to listen so they don’t know how to ask the right question. They are more focused on talking about their product, their plan, their services. When you listen to the prospect, you are able to identify what the person’s problem, what the person’s need is. Then you can be of help to the person and then you will know what or how best to present the opportunity to the person. The majority of Network Marketers don’t really pay attention to their prospects, therefore they lose the opportunity.

8: Passion: When you’re presenting the opportunity to somebody and there is no enthusiasm, it shows that you’re not passionate about it. People will know if you are passionate about the opportunity by the enthusiasm you express and that is infectious. People are attracted to those who have these attributes. Think about the enthusiastic people in your life, they bring smiles to your face when you remember them. Be enthusiastic about your business and talk about it passionately.

9: Dream big: It’s ok to feel more comfortable talking to people that will come in in the least packages of your company. But the amount of time you spend talking to someone on a lower package is exactly the same amount of time you will spend talking to someone on a higher package. Dream big, think outrageous and dream of massive success and massive goals. Have bigger vision, have a bigger game plan. You can only achieve this when you go after bigger deals. Don’t limit yourself based on your circumstances or your circle. Go higher and bigger because you can. The only reason you can’t is that you think so. So work on your mindset and understand that no one can limit or stop you but you.
