Becoming an Outstanding Network Marketer

The one thing that can make you a successful businessperson is discipline. Discipline is what will distinguish you from the rest. I read an article somewhere and the writer said that if you want to be the best Network Marketing, then you have to do what other Network Marketers don’t do or you have to out-work them.
Recently, I changed a few things in my routine. I stopped being obsessed with posting the perfect picture, writing the perfect caption, creating the perfect grid on my Instagram account, using the perfect headline to doing some crazy shits such as cold messaging 20 people on my Facebook Messenger every morning and 20 on Instagram every afternoon and another 20 on twitter every evening. I realized that for me to get outstanding results, need to do outstanding stuff. And you know what, it worked. The first day I tried it, I got 4 fresh leads from Facebook, 2 from Instagram, and 6 from twitter. Since then I stopped looking for perfectionism and just moved.
So how can you become a better Network Marketer? What steps should you take?
Here are a few pointers of what I did and I believe will help you not only become an outstanding Network Marketer but a successful one
1. Have a strict sleeping schedule: I wake up every day by 4 am. By the time others wake up, 6 am, I have already sent out 40 messages and generated over 15 leads from Facebook alone. That is a super-duper way to start the day.
2. Start setting appropriate goals: Be realistic when setting your goals. I remember when I told myself I will generate 1.5M points in my company in less than 6 months when I barely have 200,000 points after 2 years. That was definitely impossible. When I began focusing on generating 100,000 points per month, it was still a difficult goal, but it was possible and realistic.
3. Stop saying ‘I can’t’: Instead of saying I can’t, say I won’t. The more we keep using the word can’t, the less you can even do what you can do. I had to become intentional with my words when I understood the importance of spoken words. I started using certain words less and less until I stopped using them at all.
4. Details matter: In Network Marketing, they teach us to focus on the enormous picture. They teach us to move fast and move up, and that’s true. But in moving fast and moving up, you need to give attention to certain details such as team training, prospecting, follow up. Many Network Marketers, as soon as they reach a certain rank, go into management mode and “leave the grunt work to the newbies” and that’s when their income goes down. It is the grunt work that got you there and it will be the grunt work that will keep you as a steady weekly 7-figure earner. So pay attention to details.
5. Stop being afraid of Rejection: Rejection is painful, but as with every other pain, you can grow immune to it. You can build yourself to a point that rejection no longer becomes a thing. When sending messages to people via social media, there are some that I will want to skip their names because I was afraid they will say no to me, but I don’t. I will ask myself, what’s the worst that can happen? They say no, and so what? I send them the message and interestingly, not one person ever responded to the word NO. The worst I got was silence (which I think is better than a NO, right)
So these are the few ways you can grow yourself to becoming an outstanding Network Marketer and also one who achieves her goals within a quick time.
