Every Network Marketer has one goal: to succeed as fast as possible. No one wants to be on the same level, doing the same thing over and over without getting a result. Everyone wants the lifestyle promised by the industry. Everyone dreams of that time in their business that they have loads of weekly/monthly income as stipulated in the benefits of the company. How do I succeed? How does one succeed fast enough to encourage one to keep building? That is the question.

In the recently concluded Instagram Live conversation, UpSkill your Success in network marketing, Team building Consultant, Ivory Olu took us through the process that guarantees us the fastest route to success in Network Marketing.

1. SET A GOAL: When you first start your business, have your goal set and your journey mapped out. For me, I have my vision board in place. I put in All I Want to achieve in my business and I look at them every day. I try to see myself achieving all of them and with that feeling; I speak out the words that resonate with my dreams. Even when I Am not seeing immediate results, my goals motivate me and push me every day. So have your goal in place.

2. TAKE NO EXCUSES: It is easy to give an excuse for why you won’t prospect, why you can’t attend training or a conference. It is very easy. For me, I turned my excuses to my reasons. The very excuse I give myself such as, I am so tired from work and I Can’t follow up on this prospect becomes, I Am so tired from work, I have to follow up on this prospect. No matter the excuse, it becomes my reason. I have done this long enough that I Am out of excuses.

3. BOLDNESS: You cannot succeed fast in anything if you are not bold. In Network Marketing, you need to be bold enough to reach out to strangers and talk about your business. You need to be bold enough to go after your dreams. Signing up in Network Marketing is an act of boldness, so keep at it.

4. SOCIAL MEDIA: Network Marketing is all about leveraging. Leveraging on Other People’s Money, Other People’s Time, and Other People’s Resources. Now we have the Social Media platforms available to us. Find where your customers are and be there. You can’t be doing business on Instagram if your customers are on Facebook. So use all the arsenals you have and build your business.

5. MINDSET: You can not succeed fast in any business regardless of which type if you don’t have the right mindset. In my book. I Am 2 years in the industry, and I already have over 2000 partners. So believing you can achieve something goes a long way to helping you achieve that.

6. TEAM DUPLICATION: Ivory talked about duplicating yourself in your team. She said that the fastest way to succeed and achieve your dream in NM is having the right partners. You can’t achieve success alone. You can only achieve it when you help others achieve theirs. She said that what helped her rank up 2 times in less than 3 months is her willingness to share what she knows with her team. There is no selfishness in Network Marketing in building your team. Be willing to share whatever information you have because as they grow, you will also grow.

So there you have it. 6 easy steps you can use to succeed fast in Network Marketing. But before you jump off and start implementing all these, you need to know that it is very important that you build a sound foundation with your team. Invest in sponsoring your partners and not just recruiting them. When you sponsor, you groom and they are most likely to duplicate. But when you recruit, you don’t invest in grooming and they are less likely to duplicate. Duplication is key to business success.
