One sun coming up

One sun coming up
served fresh as I remember,
or maybe I only imagined
mornings could be like this.

I’ve done with missing out
and one-night stands;
won’t have to run in circles
or use my hand anymore.

There are colors after all,
footprints in the sand
passing the singing fish
and peace washing on shore in waves.
