Happy Friday! It’s that time of the week again, when you’re torn between actually going out and staying safe in your blanket burrito all weekend. I know the struggle too well, my guy. But things are getting festive out there and here’s a mini list of new things worth leaving the house for.

Sweet Thang

Listen up festive sweet tooths, you’ll want to get your 10 hours tonight.

Pastry sensation Supermoon Bakehouse drops their YUGE holiday flavor lineup tomorrow. Their daily offerings sell out like hot cakes so you’ll want to be there extra early for this limited edition special. We’re talking Eggnog Cruffins, Ferrero Rocher Croissants, Gingerbread Doughnuts, and other treats. (Holy guacamole, I’m hyped already.) And based on their past creations, you know these are all going to be out-of-this-world decadent.

Follow @supermoonbakehouse on Instagram for more deets and all the eye candy.

“I’ll make him an offer he can’t refuse.”

Watching film classics is weirdly quintessential during this time of year, so why not throw it back with one of the greatest films of all time?

Film Forum is running a Roman Hollywood series that celebrates the American movie industry discovering Italy after WWII. So if you’re in the mood to sit back and watch some classic mob drama, book those tickets now. This is an offer you can’t refuse.

Showtimes:

The Godfather Part I — 12:30pm

Part II — 4pm

Part III 8pm

Holiday House of Yes

’Tis the season for holiday markets —Brooklyn’s favorite funky venue House of Yes included. Burn off those calories from Saturday brunch at their last bazaar of the year. It’s happening all day long tomorrow, so you have plenty of time to do some major damage on your holiday shopping.

Come hide from the SantaCon peeps while browsing through their selection of handmade, vintage, and upcycled goods. The bar is open, so grab a drink and cruise to your heart’s content.

Not That Kind of Candyland

If House of Yes isn’t your scene, head over to Winter Candyland Holiday Market at the beautiful Greenpoint Loft on Sunday, December 10. It’s going to be a real sweet time with The Big Cat Menagerie playing old-timey tunes and festive booze like Hot Buttered Rum from Sailor Jerry and Hungarian wine courtesy of Palinkerie.

And if you need a break from browsing, go upstairs to the mezzanine for free henna tattoos, tarot card readings, and much-needed massages. Plus, the roof deck with views of the Manhattan skyline is never a bad idea.
