The day I was diagnosed is etched into my memory forever.
I was confused, mortified and somewhat relieved that my horrific intrusive thoughts didn’t mean anything — I had a treatable mental illness.
It’s been a year and a half of learning everything I can about OCD, and there’s a lot of content out there — some of them good, some of them not so good.
So I’ve compiled a list that I’d recommend to anyone who is starting on this journey.
