Alex Tai — Association President & Member [BLOK Holdings]
Alex is an experienced CEO and investor, with a demonstrated history of working at a global strategic level, specialized within the technology and aerospace industries. He chaired the Commercial Spaceflight Industry Organization in the U.S.A, and is currently a board member of the Global Blockchain Business Council. Alex is a Royal Air Force veteran trained as a fast jet pilot, and holds the World Speed Records around the world for both East and West. Additionally, he helped found Virgin Galactic, and aims to fly the Galactic Spaceship.

Jan Keil — Deputy, Operations
Jan has a track record of more than 20 years of experience working in the IT industry. He has served as CEO and ran several companies (such as OSUA, Isometrix and Ermitex). Jan is equipped with a delicate balanced mix of business development and marketing skills, making him the perfect candidate for running operations within THEOS. He has been heavily involved in blockchain-related ecosystem developments since 2015, and is now ready to take on the THEOS challenge.

Pablo Lobo — Association Member
Pablo Lobo is a space vessel pilot and the CEO of Sthorm, a global hub of future-minded entrepreneurs, scientists, cypherpunks, and artists collaborating to drive disruptive solutions that have a genuine impact on society. He has more than 20 years of experience as an executive producer in several audiovisual productions, and has focused on several media channels.
Pablo envisioned and led the creation of Global Pandemic Shield, an innovative solution that provides alternative funding to science through artistic collaboration, uniting people from around the world on the mission of improving science.
He has worked on several innovative projects such as ViralCure, a solution that decentralizes traditional science funding methods and gives people the power to support medical research and development; or Artbit, a distributed-ledger platform that allows both artists and fans to share and monetize artistic talent from anywhere across the globe.

Mark Berger — Association Member
Mark is the Founder of Scalable Solutions, a white-label exchange service provider. He has co-founded several startups and managed exits successfully. Mark also ran a crypto desk at a swiss-based investment bank, and defended the business model against FINMA. Mark has a vision of getting the blockchain technology ready for highly regulated financial institutions.

Davi (Molinari) Fêo — Legal
Davi is an attorney specialized in Digital Law with emphasis on Data Protection, startups and blockchain. He has a longstanding experience with Associations and Non-Profit Organizations across Africa (Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, South Sudan, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Mozambique and South Africa) such as #SaveTheChildren, #Trócaire, #ArcaProject #TreeOfLife #IbiInstitute.

Matt Sorum
Matt Sorum is a Grammy-winning musician and entrepreneur. He began his musical career playing drums for Y Kant Tori Read; a band fronted by a fledgling singer-songwriter named Tori Amos. In 1988, he spent the next couple of years with The Cult, until he was famously recruited by Slash to play drums for Guns N’ Roses.
Matt spent seven years with Guns N’ Roses and recorded a trio of albums during that time, including the twin pillars of the group’s storied career: Use Your Illusion I and Use Your Illusion II. After a rebound stint with The Cult, he released his first solo album “Hollywood Zen” in 2003, and built a reputation as a musician’s musician that has placed him squarely at the center of Hollywood’s A-list community of artists in projects like Camp Freddy and Kings of Chaos.
An entrepreneur by heart, Matt is part of Global Pandemic Shield, an alternative funding platform that connects scientists, artists and people to foster science investment around the world. He founded six startup companies, and sits on the Global Blockchain Business Council at UCLA, where he gathers each year with top global leaders in business, government and academia at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

Coming from a background in Graphic Design, Rene has over 15 years of experience in communication, strategy, development, and launch of digital products that foster environmental and social impact. Chris Justice
Chris has started and led businesses as a founder and senior executive in Asia-Pacific, Europe and MENA. As an inquisitive follower of emerging technologies, Chris understands early on how they will impact and change the ways business is conducted. He has been a leader in digital transformation since the early 90’s and led several of Asia’s earliest Internet businesses.
Chris’ belief in distributed ledger technologies stems from the realization that it is a better way to secure and share data than the current paradigm of insecure centralized databases. He believes that decentralized computing will drive the next wave of productivity improvements and efficiencies.

John Koult
John is an experienced founder and investor. His startups have raised hundreds of millions in Venture Capital, and are worth over billions of dollars collectively. He created the world’s first mobile social address book, and worked with Facebook in its early days. At Oxford University, John pioneered the nano-satellite industry, resulting in a greater quantity of satellites in space than any company or government in the world. With a formal academic background in contemporary art, philosophy and communications, he founded Deep Web Gallery, The Digital Clinique and The Mother of the Devs.

Ivor Jugo — Blockchain Lead
Our experienced Software Engineer, Ivor, has a long history of working in the information technology and services industry. He is skilled in operations management, databases, software testing, full-stack development, and HTML.
Ivor got into blockchain in 2017 with a couple of personal projects. A year later, he began working at MVP Workshop as a full-stack developer on the Celsius Network, acting as a key team member of the loan team, where we had great success with user acquisition and AUM growth.
By 2020 he decided to completely dedicate himself to building the MVP Workshop R&D Blockchain incubator. His main focus revolved on research of blockchain-related technologies, particularly in the DeFi space. He established the internal DeFi educational program, getting involved in various programs and projects, such as the Polkadot ambassador program and the Polygon SDK basis setup. He also became a Substrate delivery partner, explored ZK based DEX solutions such as Loopring, and worked together with the Moonbean team on their DEX.
Ivor also led a number of projects like MVPW Substrate UI kit (that has been granted from web3 foundation), and developed a decentralized exchange for Celsius Network named Celswap.
In June 2021, Ivor joined the THEOS team as tech lead.

Stevan Bogosavljević — Developer
Stevan is a Senior Android developer with over 5 years of experience. Although he has exceptional native mobile app development with Kotlin or Java as his specialty, his experience expands into other platforms like web development, TV app development, and also the blockchain space.

Ed Rayner — Treasury
Ed has spent 25 years in finance, global markets and investing; with a focus on technology, media and biotechnology. Markets are all interconnected and constantly evolving, so investors need to understand the risks and opportunities, and adapt to new ways of thinking; this was Ed’s terrain. Ed has been a Chartered Financial Analyst for over twenty years.
