First we need to sort out some history here: 1) You need to define “in the first place”. Assuming you mean North America there weren’t any white men involved for several thousand years. The indigenous population was almost completely wiped out by diseases from Europe between 1500 and 1600 that allowed room for rich, aristocratic, white men to establish colonies under royal charters. 2) It appears you have forgotten the women. Not a good thing to do, and 3) Much of the work was done by black men brought here against their will and who did much of the work for nothing for many generations. To paraphrase y9ur last statement, those who do not know history are condemned to be ignored . . .
