President Obama should call an emergency meeting of the leaders and senior members of the three branches of government to halt the inauguration until until a senior, bipartisan task force can be selected to evaluate all intelligence sources. It is clear that Trump may be seriously compromised by Russia. it is also obvious that he is incompetent but that may no longer be an issue.
