Putin certainly got his money’s worth

Whatever lies he delivers Trump will do nothing to get in Putin’s way no matter what. Putin knows that and that is all he wanted, I think. It’s the classic definition of compromised. Putin took the US off the table for Europe. That is one hell of a problem and we ignore it at our risk. Using the Russian connection to impeach Trump is no more likely than any other reason as none of them will happen. The federal system is terminal and, I’m afraid, the only way back is to remove the Trump regime by forcing all to resign and that would probably require a foreign supported, behind the scenes coup. Since the November election was a Russian supported coup I suppose we could say turn about is fair play. But that would lead to a ‘So now what?’ situation.

We have no leadership waiting in the wings. Clinton clearly won the election but her acceptance of the engineered defeat destroyed her credibility. And doomed the union. I’m not blaming her for that but what we needed was her to take the lead and call the election phony because it actually was. But Hilary Clinton is not a revolutionary nor was Obama or Bill and Bernie is just Bernie. So now we have destruction by incompetence.
