We no longer have the nerve to take things apart to make them better. Now we must wait for them to break so can do a bad job of fixing them because a fix is always rushed. We understand rushed. We don’t understand human design for social components. In fact we’re scared because we’ve been told that is bad. Only social accidents are ok. But they seem to lead to the same people winning. Not us.
