This really makes me think, what is considered experimenting? Is that not the basis of agile development? To hear customer problems, try out a solution and see if it works, then iterate? Or in this context is experimenting really talking about innovation and trying something new or unheard of?

As a Product Owner looking to move more into the PM space, it’s really interesting to think about the problems they face and their day-to-day work, so seeing this report and their struggles is really eye opening!
