I forgot burnout existed.

If you live a life that’s more disciplined, you also leave yourself susceptible to burning out.

That’s what I’ve seen, at least.

I think change is supposed to happen more slowly.

You don’t just start exercising intensely 5 days a week. You work up to that over time, building the muscle capacity to put yourself under more physical strain.

I’m still in so much physical pain. The nice thing is it serves as a nice substitute for emotional/mental pain. Don’t have much of that…
