Claude 3 From Anthropic Makes Its Debut, Better Than ChatGPT 4
What: The family includes three state-of-the-art models in ascending order of capability: Claude 3 Haiku, Claude 3 Sonnet, and Claude 3 Opus. Each successive model offers increasingly powerful performance, allowing users to select the optimal balance of intelligence, speed, and cost for their specific application.

Noteworthy: It seems Q1 of this year is very busy, we recently looked at Gemini in our comparison article. Many people are whispering ChatGPT 5 will soon show up, just to steal the spotlight again. We have to remember everything that made its debut this year is trying to compete with a year old model from OpenAI.

There is a flood of AI content, Etsy being front and center with people trying to capitalize on the ease of making things like stickers. Replicate allows you to make stickers with a click, including from pictures of people you know. Here’s Anthony Bourdain.

Madonna is among the early adopters of AI’s next wave
Whenever Madonna sings the 1980s hit “La Isla Bonita” on her concert tour, moving images of swirling, sunset-tinted clouds play on the giant arena screens behind her.
To get that ethereal look, the pop legend embraced a still-uncharted branch of generative artificial intelligence — the text-to-video tool. “We tried CGI. It looked pretty bland and cheesy and she didn’t like it,” said Sasha Kasiuha, content director for Madonna’s Celebration Tour that continues through late April. “And then we decided to try AI.”
She’s not alone, Kanye, Slash and others are already using Runaway for their shows.
