Conclusion on 2nd Round “Design Sprint”
In the last round “Design Sprint”, I tested with 3 influencers, which included all the range of women influencers.
The test feedbacks are quite positive. I assume it means my solution and work are in the right direction.
After that, I decided to focus on 2 key features.

Fantastic testing! So now you have covered all types of your target users and they all suffer your main problem. Your project works!
For the next step, I think you should figure out each tech you need to use, even though you do not need to make it come true. But you still need to be familiar with it, then you will have a base on your presentation.

Great work! The test and its article are really good!
For now, I believe you still need to reflect again on the problem space, HMW, and what you could bring to users. And you need to be quite sure about the user journey and users step.
There are some questions you need to think about in your design:
- what does this problem affect?
- what challenges your target users are facing?
- where does the problem occur?
- when does the problem happen?
- past solution and does it work today?
- what right do I have to do now?
- redefine “we” and “HMW”
- define your project goals
Next Step
- List all the user steps and figure out the tech it needs and understand them.
- Redefine HMW based on the interviews.
- Clarify a step-by-step user journey, and find out touchpoints, support, and pain points of each step.
- Translate the insights to features, criteria, and what I could be responsible for/bring in.
- Conclude more questions for the next interview in this stage.
