I feel my fullest and truest self in the summertime. Summer brings me to life just as it does with every flower, child, and bird. At this current time in my life I have the deepest appreciation and connection with nature thus far. Nature brings me closer to god, the universe, the higher source. I believe every truth of the universe is illustrated in nature. In the portraits of nature, you realize that there’s a divine artist in it all.

From every breathtaking mountaintop, to each thread of a spider’s web, from every golden sunset, to each sprouting wildflower. It’s the art of creation and the creation of art. Nature is the paintbrush of the universe’s canvas. When you take some time to step outside of yourself and into the natural world around you, you can add value and meaning to your life and your existence.

All of universe’s creations are connected.

We all come from the same place, energy, person — however you identify a higher source. We all hold and represent the truths and beauties of the universe, because we are simply the universe experiencing itself. And even though we’re the universe experiencing itself, that doesn’t mean we’re going to feel close and connected to this higher power at all times. We as humans can fail to experience ourselves. We get distracted and disconnected from who we are, our worth, our power, and our love. Due to this, we fail to be fully present within ourselves. We lose sight of the window to the universe because we’ve lost sight of ourselves.

Being in the presence of nature realigns your energy with the frequency of the universe.

We are divine creations. Nature is a godly creation. Being immersed in nature, or simply observatory of it, aligns your spirit with something greater, calmer, and fuller. You get reconnected to the higher electrical charge that powers the universe and everything in it. In the arms of another godly creation, you restore the connection with yourself.

Nature fascinates me and terrifies me, it brings me true joy and true peace. When you develop this deep appreciation for nature, you feel and become very connected to everything and everyone. You realize what it really means to all be one. The ebbs and flows of life here on this planet is divinely orchestrated. Life is so intimately and intricately crafted beyond our understanding, that not knowing, not believing, not understanding the greater source of it all — is how it’s supposed to be. You must surrender to it all. To all the terrifying and all the awe, surrender.

Nature teaches us our sole purpose here is to simply be alive.

Imagine the branches of a tree in the wind. The tree doesn’t fight the wind’s gusts, it just moves with it. Trees don’t have to achieve anything outside of their own existence to fulfill their purpose, which is to live. Nature reminds us that our purpose, just as the trees, is to live. Getting in touch with the natural world around you opens the doors to the natural world within you. Time spent in nature can truly bring such clarity about all aspects of your life. Get up, get outside, and just be — as the trees. Coexist.
